People often ask us the following questions:
- What approach or course of action do you recommend we follow in an attempt to get the registrant of a domain name to transfer it to us?
- What are my chances or what is the likelihood of success?

This seems to be the case because quite a few people have been successful in obtaining transfer of domains using various different methods (such as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Regulations for <.co.za> domains). Other people are therefore hopeful they can do the same. Answering these questions is often harder than it appears.
