Esti is currently helping many organisations understand the impact of the Consumer Protection Act on their business. She helps them implement effective consumer protection programs. She has presented at conferences and to clients on the topic and done readiness assessments. She helps organisations to grow and avoid legal problems, difficulties, and disputes.
In order to understand the background and impact of the Plain Language movement on consumers world wide Esti completed her master’s degree on this topic. She has experience in commercial litigation and drafting of commercial contracts. One of her passions is converting contracts and drafting them into plain language. Since the plain language fever hit, she has been working with her colleagues to spread the word about the benefits of using plain language in legal documents. The benefits to using plain language are numerous and all businesses will have to rethink their communication style with clients in order to comply with the newest legislation in the field of consumer protection. She has also presented many times to the topic of Plain Language.
She believes that in order to give clients the best possible service legal professionals have to focus their attentions on specific fields of law and become experts in their field. In doing so you can give clients the service they deserve, which is founded on past knowledge and experience surrounding the services they need.
